Papa Johns Pizza - WILLIAMSTON

It is very hard for me to ever give a one star review. I always give people the benefit of doubt. this place messed my order up and the pizza was burnt and crunchy to the point that kids wouldn’t even eat it. Before I made this review, I gave them ample time to make it right. I reached out to Papa Johns corporate. The store owner sent me an email in which I responded to and it also had his telephone number I called it and he said hello and told him what was going on just for him to sit on the other side of the phone and not say anything. I continued to try to email him as well as sending pictures. It’s going on 2 weeks and no response from the store owner. I would have been fine with them just remaking it. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

I’ll let the first time slide as accidents happen. But now that it has happened twice in the past six weeks, I have to leave a review for everyone else to avoid this location. I ordered over the phone was told 15 to 20 minutes, sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes, pulled to the window to be told that my order was not seen on the screen, and it had not been made yet. Love the excuse of “we had a lot of orders come in”. During my 20 minute wait in the parking lot, 1 car came to pickup and no one left with deliveries. Something tells me, Papa wouldn’t be happy with this location.

I got pizza and cheesestix and neither was cut my husband just got home from hospital and was hungry got food was messed up called they said they couldn’t do anything bc my husband had started eating it they should at least have a credit or something but got nothing I will never order there again at least try to make it right after spending over $30

Did not appreciate having to sit out in my car with no ac while they cooked my order because it somehow was deleted off the screen before being made . Could 've at least offered some water for us (my one year old, my little miniature dachshund, and myself). 100% Wasn 't our fault, I ordered online and paid online and showed up when it said it was ready on the tracker to be picked up.

If you order the sauces or dressings and have your order delivered, be sure to make sure they have the sauces when they deliver. I ordered 2 ranch dressings and they did not add they didn't bring it when they delivered my order of hot wings and pizza. I called and complained and they did not even offer my 2 ranch dipping sauces even tho they charged me for it. He just said that next time I ordered the hot wings he would make a note of it on my profile so they wouldn't forget ?? ruined my whole appetite for my hot wings. Also they weren't that big and the thin crust pizza wasn't too thin and it was doughy with not enough pizza sauce. Next time I will be ordering from Dominoes!!
