This is the best breakfast place in Easton hands down. If you ever get a chance to eat here try the LA Stir Fry… it caters to vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers can just add the meat… ?

Came upon this place via Google, and very glad we did! Kerry was our server, and she was very kind and knowledgeable! Breakfast was delicious and I absolutely love thick slices of toast! We will be making many more trips here in the future! Place has a very cool vibe!

Breakfast at the State Cafe has become a weekly ritual for me and my girlfriend.The staff are always friendly, the food is always delicious (be sure to make return trips so you can check out the rotating specials), the wait is seldom more than 15 minutes and everything is priced fairly.I love it here. I recommend the fried egg reuben, and whatever pancake special they have going on.Always a lovely way to start the day ?

Went there 2 minutes before opening, got kicked out and the door slammed on us during the rain.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Delicious breakfast burrito with a good friend and wonderful service.I'm surprised it took me so long to find this wonderful brekky spot. I've been in the Lehigh Valley 3 years and just now find it.
