Ashley's Signature - Easton

We had a nice experience. it was our first time with ashley’s signature restaurant. but I'll think about this crab bisque all the time. So it won't take long until we get back! the drinks were charming and perfectly processed. the bisque was perfection. a little sweet, perfectly creamy, and simply perfectly balanced aromen with a good part of the crab. the ahi Tuna Appetizer special was fresh and bright. I ordered the crabcakes for my meal and so good! absolutely no filler, just crumb. only wonderful. we finished with the croissant brotpudding and it was just over the head delicious. for real, ineffective delicacies. it comes with a rich caramel sauce, a cinnamon ice cream and a bit of a whipped cream. as I mentioned, we will come back soon! many thanks for such a great culinary experience!

Lovely eclectic atmosphere. Food was extremely good, great waitstaff and the owner came around checking to ensure everything was OK. Friendly bartender. This restaurant warrants repeat visits.

Loved that the proprietors have been in the community for ages and enjoy giving back to the community. That being said, my friend and I went to try the place thinking it was happy hour (it wasn't, my bad) but they still honored the drink prices. Staff was overly accommodating in every aspect of our order. It was seafood Wednesday so bisque was tasty, shrimp n ravioli was excellent but a tad bit of a small portion.... No worries , they offered a gratis cheese n cracker plate.. Will be happy to go back again!

Not your normal fare. I had the elk, friend had the duck, wife had the escargot. Everything was top notch and flavorful. Will definitely be back

Excellent! Truly enjoyed dinner, atmosphere and service! All meals we had were very good! Had a special request for my margarita and they were very accommodating. The peanut butter cheesecake phenomenal. Recommend giving them a try
