The chicken enchiladas could have been hotter temperature wise. I would also recommend not bringing out the entrées until the appetizers are finished.

Our food finally arrived and was lukewarm, except for the rice side dish, which was exceptionally hot. I do not like to complain and we were famished, so we started eating. I had ordered steak and grew more and more frustrated because it went cold quickly. My husband’s steak skewer and yuca fries were also cold. We should have stopped eating and just sent it back, but the waitress turned out to be someone who knew me from school. We tried to be nice, but couldn’t eat our dinner. We asked for the manager. We told her about our experience and she told us she was watching the time on our food and it wasn’t that late. And then she said she’d take care of it, as she lifted my plate of only half eaten steak and almost full bowl of rice and took it away. What she did was give us a 20% discount. Seriously? I hardly ate any food! We will not be going back to Mesa anytime soon. Just a complete and utter disappointment!

This was our first time at the restaurant. The service was very good and the waitress was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were amazing and the prices were very affordable. We sat outside (Our choice) in the oppressive heat, but was still comfortable; maybe inside next time. I would recommend to anyone and we will be returning very soon.

We know it was a Sunday night and we know restaurants are short staffed however our server service was very disappointing. She seemed as if she wanted to be anywhere than there and her behavior was consistently so. Food and beverages were delicious as always so we will be back.

First time visiting. Great service by Andrew and the burrito bowls were great. Will be back.
