Starbucks - Wilkes-Barre

I enjoy Starbucks... the staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is simultaneously bustling and cozy; honestly, I would not come here often due to the price range and I honestly don't believe they make any coffee that could be considered a light roast coffee. In my opinion, even the light roast coffees that Starbucks make are way too strong.

The cookies are really great (chocolate chip), the drinks are good, and the breakfast is delicious. They move the lines as fast as they can (but if you show up on the hour in the morning hours like 8, 9, or 10, be prepared for a long line of college students). There are so many friendly people here, and it is a nice place to just sit and do your work while sipping your coffee or eating your food!

Great customer service although there is a bit of coaching to get my drink just right. Don't let that stop u however. I keep going back and they definitely want to make sure I happy.

WiFi is often unreliable, and the music can be so loud that it?s impossible to have a conversation or to concentrate on class work.

Great, fast service. Coffee was made just right as well.
