Comfort Inn Suites Wilkes Barre Arena

The room was spotless and perfect for my party of three. Food, drinks, and snacks were all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

Kim, on the over night shift, was beyond phenomenal. Our stay was perfect Roz was extremely helpful with our group booking. Will absolutely stay again

Decent hotel to get a good night's rest, wasn't impressed with breakfast at all so much so I decided to skip it the next day, because to be honest that's you look forward to when you wake up is to have some fresh scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon but that wasn't the case. We didn't get to use the pool because it was closed for maintenance and nobody knew when it would reopen so that was a big disappointment. Nonetheless we went to a water park 25 minutes away and had fun there. Montage Mountain water park/Ski resort.

Check in was a 5 star for sure. Reasons why I rated it less thrn 5 star. Room has some dirt and they said there was a hot tub in room but it was not. A hot tub stays hot this didnt even have a temperature control. Breakfast looked good but looks can be decieving. The waffles came out with an extremely sour taste. When I mentioned it to the employee she kept saying the mix was fresh, but when she opened the door to where the mix comes out of and the containers and you can see them that it looks cruddy and caked up. Discusting. She looked that I was annoying her and that she had to make new mix.

Great hotel! It's clean and conveniently located near Interstate 195. The room was well-equipped and pet-friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also features a pool, a small gym, and a store for snacks and essentials. Overall, it's a modern property worth considering!
