Jimmy John's - Wichita

This is the location of the worst jimmy john I have ever seen. never order the delivery of this business, unless they are in order to wait for 2 hours, even if they preorder a certain time. the time management for this place is terrible. that happened to me twice. if they also call, they will not answer and if they do, they will answer and hang up immediately. terrible customer service. the other rock road location is beautiful but worth the order!

Worst service EVER!! 3RD TIME! Either the person on the phone doesn't take down your order properly, or they put you on hold just to hang up on you, or even worst, you have to call back to see why you were hung up on and who you spoke too and Noone has an answer for you. And of course, their delivery service is conveniently shut down, at the oddest times.Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!! Be Aware!!!

The bread today was a little tough. When we took a bite, the inside of the sandwich squeezes out. The meat was all on one end of the sandwich instead of being spread out evenly. Too much mayo….mayo lettuce squeezed out all over our plate!

I just had to try your new Zesty Turkey Club in lettuce wrap (no bread), AMAZING! I did add a side of hot peppers which made it even better! Love my new sandwich.

I made an online order for asap and pickup. No one called, texted or emailed me when it was ready. It was just sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. I finally called after 20 min and the guy who answered said, Yea it 's ready. I walked in and the front guys were coughing without covering their faces. This was a terrible experience. I 'm never coming back or ordering from Jimmy John 's.
