Sharon's Place Hawaiian - Derby

This restaurant serves one of the best Hawaiian meals I have ever had. Highly recommend trying it out.

So flavourful I got the garlic shrimp and teriyaki beef yummnmI wish that the veggies and cabbage had a little more seasoning bur great little gem I will be back soon.

Yesterday, my wife and I enjoyed lunch at Sharon's. We live in Topeka but whenever we head to Derby, Sharon's is our favorite spot to dine. We recently visited Kauai and found that Sharon's food was even better – and more reasonably priced. I ordered the loco moco with a complimentary Kona Coffee, which was included with the $11.99 large lunch. The dish was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and presented beautifully, despite being in a to-go box. I also had a green salad with papaya dressing and potato salad. My wife ordered the combo chicken and pork, but could only finish half due to the generous portion. She enjoyed it along with macaroni salad and another green salad. She received a free can of ice-cold Pepsi as her beverage. The staff at Sharon's were friendly and offered us discounts, including a 10% senior discount that we qualified for. Overall, Sharon's is a little gem of a place that was bustling with customers during lunchtime.

The food was unique and delicious. Linda provided excellent service. I definitely plan on coming back.
