Hardee's - Wichita

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The server was terrible. The food was decent, but what was even worse than the food was how quickly it was served. Overall, just terrible.

I've been at this place a few times since they've extended their hours, but they usually lock their dining room early, so when they get there before 19 o'clock, it's good, but after there's no guarantee. I understand that I want to go home early or close early when it's slow, but it's lost a bit. everywhere it is a nice place to eat, the hours are just frustrating.

Placed an online order, went to pick up at drive-thru, and they tell me that they have no online orders. Couldn't cancel the order, and the store didn't offer any restitution. Won't be back.

Not to sure what to think about this Hardee 's I went there for dinner last night and they were Closed. Not sure what happened but the sign says Open 7am 5 pm guess you have to get here early for dinner.

The tragedy of Hardee's is a familiar one. Miss management! It's like a conductor with a broken wrist trying to lead the orchestra. Of course when you make less than $15 an hour what do you expect. The Hardee's/Carl's Jr franchise needs to step it up. Always pull up and wait! Check your order, because they won't! This place has given up! Real shame, liked there food better than Mc Donald's.
