Dunkin' - Wichita

I really like this Dunkin' establishment. The staff is very friendly!

I visited Dunkin' Donuts for the first time and informed the staff that it was my first visit. I expressed my desire for a sweet, hot coffee with caramel and whipped cream, as well as some donuts. The staff seemed indifferent and asked me what I wanted. The selection of donuts was limited and the dining area was crowded. The parking lot was small and difficult to navigate due to the number of shops nearby. There was also a nearby drive-thru line at Dickeys, which added to the congestion in the area.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but their online order pickup system is not functioning properly. On two separate occasions, we had to wait for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru to receive our food. They should consider following the example of other establishments and designate specific parking spots for pickup orders.

I used to really like going to this location but lately most the workers have been rude. The drinks taste bad and when I get food they get my order wrong or give me burnt hashbrowns.

I watched an older gentleman take the time to get his wife out of their van. she is in a wheelchair by the time they got to the door Dunkin was closed. They close at 2pm now. He did knock on the door. No one could even bother to talk to them. Shame on you Dunkin.
