Eventually, a girl from the to-go department came over and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation, and she quickly looked for my order, checking another order first before retrieving my bowl from the bottom of the bag. To my surprise, the bowl I had already opened still contained food meant for someone else. I told her I didn’t think this was acceptable, but she didn’t seem to understand. I then asked her to double-check my bowl before leaving to make sure it was correct. Her coworker, who was also busy, mentioned that it couldn’t be wrong since the printer sent it out that way. When I requested a fork, the first girl told me there wasn’t one in a "to-go" bag. She seemed overwhelmed and said she couldn’t get more since she didn’t have any available, but pointed out a few nearby and suggested I help myself. By this point, my lunch was ruined. The food was cold—like it had been taken from a fridge—especially the rice, which was also incorrect. In the end, I ended up just stabbing half of my lunch to eat, and it was all wrong and still cold.
I placed an order through the app and picked it up, but when I got home, I realized several items were missing and the food was cold. The container of queso was only half full. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times before someone finally answered, and the employee was rude and unhelpful. They informed me that refunds are no longer an option, but they could offer me the missing item if I returned to the restaurant. I asked if they could restore my order when I came back to avoid the food being cold again, but they refused. I ultimately decided not to go back. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I also shared my experience on the app, but it seems Chipotle doesn't care. If you want good food and polite service, I wouldn't recommend eating here.
I was craving a bag of chips and salsa today, so I asked for the larger salsa cup. The girl at the counter had no problem accommodating my request. Then, as I moved up in line, the next worker, whom I'll call Karen—an older woman with clips in her hair and a colorful sleeve tattoo—started telling me that they didn’t have the larger cup available. I responded that I was willing to pay extra; I just wanted the smaller cup. However, she kept insisting that I couldn't have it.
Good food. service was friendly enough. the prices seem to rise further. I guess someone's making money and it's not me when I buy chipotle!
Most always its good. Sometimes they are some tight wads but usually fair enough. I only really say that cause... it's so good. I always get enough.
