Chili's Grill Bar - Wichita

Great overall experience. They did bring our food a little too quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and before we had the chance to eat them, our food was out. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine, so I was a bit frustrated. However, our waiter was really great. He said he was new, but still was very attentive and hard working. After our meal, he even offered us to-go cups for our sodas. My husband and I really appreciated that! I recommend this location. We love Chili’s and go often to the West side location. It was our first time visiting this location, but we were quite pleased with the experience.

We absolutely recommend going to the one on the west side instead! That's where we go usually. However for our dad's 80th birthday we went to this one. Not only did the wait to get a table take forever after we called ahead to tell them we had a party of 9. Then they told us they couldn't put the tables together and separated our party. Surprising how today they had to sets of tables pushed together when they couldn't a week before. And no they didn't even have anybody sat near us that it would have been an issue. In fact the two tables together right now are the exact two tables they sat us at before! The manager on duty avoided coming to talk to us at all costs while we were there! Literally making eye contact and walking the opposite way! Driving all the way across town to sit at the same table as your dad on his 80th birthday would have been better. Don't go to this location! The server was amazing though!

Ambiance is too good, Staff is very nice and food is good

It was really good food. Service was fast. Waitress was on it the whole time..attentative . The portions are good size. I had the Sante Fe burger. As you can see there were lots of jalapeños.

Ordered a buffalo salad. Server said good choice except for the cottage cheese? There wasn't cottage cheese listed on menu. Got about 1/4 way thru the wilted salad and found a wadded piece of napkin. Server was like I can get manager. I said no please take off the bill. Never offered to get me something else. I have never been to a Chill s and I won't go back.
