Chili's Grill - Wichita

I went to a late lunch with friends. not many people there at 2 P.M. the cup loaded potato soup was delicious! half a chicken sandwich with speck and avocado with fire was also delicious, but I had to take apart the sandwich because it was so big still delicious. the problem came when we paid. we got the wrong ticket, so instead of deleting it and giving us ours; the waitress said the manager was to fix it. I should have asked more because I paid $3 more for my meal. she got a 20% tipp before we realized the problem. disappointed by the way it was treated.

So disgusting with this place after what I experienced tonight! I ordered fajitas and wow something for a mess. my cheese had mold in it. legit mold. everything was a hearty, disgusting. I threw it in the müll and almost threw up. I'm shocked that they serve men. my order was $40 and I expected a lot more. I won't be back.

I really don't like giving 5 stars on reviews. but today I have to, they were short staff. kat has made a great job. so that we had everything we needed, but not just our table, the other customers too. I didn't hear someone complained about the service or upset someone. great work kat and their employees.

I wasn't happy about my visit to Chile yesterday. I found a hair in my daughters eating and I had to send my and my mothers eating back because not being cooked to our lust. When my food came back, it wasn't what I wanted. the manager reduced our eating, but I felt like we had our meal, which was completely on our problems especially with a hair in our eating, our waitress even owned that it had its haare and put its haare in ponytail. we said that we could not get our meal free, because the manager had previously reduced a large group meal that had been served earlier. I do not agree to make other customers disadvantaged just because they had helped others before. they own their mistakes and take care of all customers as they should! but I will say the customer service was very good. the manager and server were very nice and polite. but we will probably not be back.

This was actually my first time at Chili's. It was about what I expected for a chain. It was clean and the food was good. We had the chips and salsa I actually really enjoyed the salsa. All three entrees were fine. Waitress did a good job and prices were commensurate with other chains of this type. All in all, there are lots of better choices, but I would go again if someone else said they wanted to go there.
