Burger King - Wichita

This place needs to replace all employees or train properly. they cannot take orders or focus on an order. they have forgotten on my sausage breakfast burrito. the hash brown were boiled and soggy. Maybe I added, I was the only one there on this place, but no one seemed to be focused on taking my order or making my food.

I went through the driveway and the guy who was supposed to make orders was smoking outside, so I sat there for 5 minutes. then I ordered, and he was angry and rude and did not do what I demanded (for an extra patty, that is it) and eating was sloppy and dry when it arrived. not happy.

The worker about the theke is not able to understand English, it took quite a time to let him understand that I need four full meal numbers 11 and one without tartaric acid sauce. at the arrival of the meal he was not sure what to do without a tartaric acid sauce. in our review we found all with tartaric acid. has to mop areas regularly, as the opposite to wending machine was all sticky. owais

Two cars before me in the drive through and it took 15 minutes before I got my two cold jr whoppers and pommes. it's always happened. there are chances. I threw away my coupons.

Don't wear sandals inside this place. The floor was so sticky, my sandals stuck to floor and I'd have to fight to get them loose. The cashier couldn't get the order right after several attempts. The biscuits were stale and oily. Horrible service and food. The good part was the bugs didn't bother us, since they were stuck to the floor.
