Blue Fin Sake - Wichita

Came to order a late lunch. Server wasn't very attentive. After coming home with food, I found a salad with terrible color and there was no ginger or wasabi . The food wasn't good. Lachs didn't look appetizing and everything was warm. I called the restaurant, but no one was there and was told nobody was there today. I called for a second time and was told that I should hear from someone today, but that didn't happen either. I enjoy this place... not sure if/if I will try again

My order to go: L fried rice with beef shrimp, Snow White Roll baked praise roll. Pair of things I was disappointed about: the boxes were not marked, the way the items were in the pocket. The food was good, nothing exciting, but I admit that the price was decent.

15. Jubilee dinner and our first visit to Bluefin. Very fresh and delicious. Had edamame gyoza starters. Combo A, Spider Roll, Mackerel sushi yellow dick sashimi. Our server Jakob was very fast and attentive without being a pest. Great food service.

Great sushi! we ordered the mountain and an article from the baked section. All right! The salad is delicious. Beef Bento Box for my daughter. Fast and friendly service. Beautiful restaurant with a fun outdoor terrace. Look forward to going back here to try more from the menu!

While the food was phenomenal they need more wait staff. We didn?t see a seat for at least thirty minutes while the place was practically empty and our server had so much to do she was forgetting our stuff. I asked for a pink cosmo and she had 6 other tables she was taking care of so she forgot.The server made up for her mistakes but I felt bad for her because it seemed like she was taking care of the whole place by herself.
