The reviewer had a bad experience at the go-karts with Chase on the night of 5/11. Chase was extremely rude and told them that their child couldn't ride even though the child met the requirements. Additionally, they had issues with their kart, possibly due to a dead battery. The reviewer was disappointed with the customer service, especially after spending over $500 at the establishment. They do not recommend this place and advise others to avoid Chase.

The restaurant is really cool, but it's very pricey. We spent $60 for a few kids to go on the go carts once, and the bowling is the most expensive in town. However, I must say the bowling alley is nice and clean. Since the prices went up, we won't be coming back. You'll end up spending a lot of money here, especially if you have kids.
