Subway - Wichita East

Absolutely terrible service! The long haired guy with glasses they got working there is beyond rude and not good with people AT ALL and whoever the younger girl is claiming to be a “manager” is far from it. These people have NO idea what they’re doing or any idea of what customer service is. They don’t even know how to operate stuff except for connecting their device via Bluetooth to blast their music. I hate this excuse of a Subway and literally think they’re handing out positions to just about anyone these days. I feel like it doesn’t take much to work at a place like Subway but good God, these people need to be replaced

Bad service and being really judgy. He was disrespecting my wife and being a person to work at that subway. Never had a good experience with the man that works there.

Had subway before many times, this time the staff were extremely nice and made our sandwiches to perfection. Asking if everything was okay and if not they were ready to accommodate more toppings to my liking. The only negative review was the pretzel it was slightly overcooked making it hard and this establishment didn't have any cheese to offer. There only substitute was honey mustard which was ok but definitely not what I was thinking for a pretzel. I'll definitely be back and recommend.

It's alright, pretty expensive for just sandwiches though.

Will not go to the 21st and maize subway again ever the one making my food was very rude and didnt even make the right food i asked for and charged me for something else poor service subway should be ashamed
