She seems to take offense to it? Passive aggressively acting as if she can’t hear my order every time I go through the drive thru. It’s made me stop coming to this location all together because of the awkward hostility she puts onto me, but whenever my boyfriend goes to get us drinks here, she makes sure to never make my drink in particular correctly.
Wish the bigger lady who was in drive thru today didn't attempt to flirt with my husband with me aka his wife right next to him? Like couldn't say hi to both of us at the bare minimum considering we go here together ALL the time?. This was a common issue from this location I noticed. Most the female presenting employees love to flirt with people, writing flirtatious things on cups (I once got a cup that said someone thought I was hot? It made me very uncomfortable when I looked up and saw a very thin woman staring into my soul for a good 5 minutes) even talk about customers if they are single even when id sit inside. It's very annoying and unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wish they'd leave people alone and especially people's Husbands.Never had any complaints with any of the men working though, they are always respectful and nice! But for some reason a lot of the ladies are just... A bit stuck in a highschool wanna be romance phase.
I came to visit from out of town and had a delightful experience. The staff was outgoing and cheerful.
This morning at 6 am I placed an online order and went through the Starbucks drive thru at New Market Square. There was no one in the drive thru, and I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes, while no one answered. I pulled forward because the sign said to do so if I needed assistance. I went to the window and said I had an online pickup. The young lady then proceeded to lecture me on how I was REQUIRED to stop at the speaker before receiving assistance. Her tone was extremely rude, and she was very unprofessional. I proceeded to tell her she needed to be more respectful, and she never thought to apologize. This Starbucks location will not be receiving my business for a long while.
It was a Christmas Eve afternoon so it was busy both inside and in the drive-thru line, however it was to be expected. Unfortunately it impacted our service and drinks. Neither of our coffee drinks tasted like what we ordered and one tasted burnt. I'm ok with drinks being a little off but this was way off. Starbucks, your core product has a core price and therefore quality is expected. Our barista was not friendly and didn't say thank you however it was busy and the staff was working hard to keep up.
