Great service and atmosphere. The staff is very nice, but I was so disappointed with the drinks and food. The ceviche was good, but we didn't like the Sabor Parrilla we ordered. The sauces had no flavor, and the parrilla was kind of greasy. We didn't like the cocktails we ordered, Caipirinha and Pico Sour cocktails. If you are Hispanic, keep in mind you will not find real Hispanic Flavor here.
The chimichurri dip for the plantain chips was our favorite sauce. We used it on the beef medallions (which were cooked to our request) and the paella. The paella was disappointing. Not anything like a real true paella as far as flavor goes. Hummus had a great taste. Cocktails were good.

Sabor is a cute place with great service. My husband's and my meals were wonderful- gaucho steak sandwich, seafood paella, and tres leches (made in-house. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely go back when we are in town. So glad we discovered this cute place in such a lovely part of town.
