Mcalister's Deli - Wichita East

I used to work at McAlisters for 2 years, came in tonight it’s a super slow Friday night and I waited 20 minutes for one sandwich and a tea. It was bagged and ready to go but no one brought it out. I was with a group of customers waiting. There was 4 bagging orders for only a handful of us, there should only need to be 2 and the rest on cash. It took 45 minutes of waiting to pick up 3 pickup orders consisting of 2 soups and 2 teas. I was given the 2 teas right away but it wasn't until 30 minutes later that my co-worker's food was done. Another 15 minutes go by I finally ask how much longer on my soup only to find out that it had been done for 15/20 minutes but had been put in a too large plastic bag and set down in a pile of opened but empty plastic bags. Great experience had a slight wait on my potato but definitely worth it, very filling and had a sweet tea to chase it!! I definitely recommend it

Never been. Got your order Pretty quick. food was good and the TEA is a must have.

Called ahead to see if they had baked potatoes because they've been out lately. They said they have them. After I drove out, waited for the cashier to finish talking with her friends, and placed my order — was told they're out. Waste of time.
