Dunkin' - Wichita East

This place is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Wichita as the staff are very rude and don't know how to correctly prepare the drink. I ordered Caramel Craze Latte but gave me a coffee with caramel syrup and whipping cream on top. It's not a correct one that I always have from different Dunkins so asked them to either correct it or refund it. Very dry and hardly any filling in the Bavarian cream tasted bland

Quick drive thru and coffees always on point Update: service went down. Prices went up as well as 75% of the time your order is what they feel like making you. 7 out of 10 times coffee was wrong. Done going here

Worst experience. Very very slow drive thru and no escape out of it. Had to repeat my order at the window after waiting nearly 20 minutes. Must be the slowest Dunkin' in America

Quick, friendly efficient service. Using the Dunkin app is so convenient, and gives great perks. Clean and organized.
