Angelo's Italian — Wichita

Tonight we met my aunt Sylvia! There was a total of five of us. I got there like 10 minutes before everyone else did. I saw as turning into the parking lot how busy they were. It was no surprise as walking in, that there was a line. The wait was 25 to 30 minutes. But let me tell you that it was going to be worth it. After all, we are talking traditional true style of food with a long history as being one of the best here in the Wichita area. Not a chain that has them all over the United States. … – show

This was the best Italian food I've had since I left Chicago. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Wear long sleeves, it tends to be chilly in here.

My first time at Angelo's, though I've heard about them for a long time. I had the Manicotti and my bf had the Cannelloni. We shared, and we agreed both were very good, but we agreed both our favorite out of the 2 was the Cannelloni. The cheese bread was very yummy too!! Our server was friendly and sweet. And very good!! Excellent out of the way Italian restaurant with homemade everything. Don't be confused by the building layout. You park and enter the restaurant thru the rear, opposite the street. Somewhat confusing but well worth it.

After 45yrs for the first time I was not impressed with my sub. The bread was burnt, as well as the italian sasage and no mayo. But not giving up!
