I Luv Hot Pot - Whitlock Farms

I Luv Hot Pot offers one of the best Vietnamese hot pot experiences. Four (4) choices of simmering broth with an endless variety of meats, vegetables, and noodles and you can customize your flavor further from the sauce bar. This is perfect for a quick lunch or group dining and will be about $12 $20 depending on how much you add.The owner, Paul happened to be there the day I went and he went above and beyond to visit tables and explain more about the food, options, and the history of the flavors. Perhaps it was in reference to the poor customer service reviews, and if it was I will give I Luv Hot Pot an A for course correction because we had great customer service.My only suggestion would be to label the sauces on the sauce bar with heat levels, it will help customers know what 's mild vs hot especially for those of is that cannot tolerate hot or spicy ingredients.

Unique style of dining. Small plates of raw food rotate on conveyor. Easy choice, shrimp, meat chicken, etc. Together with soup base you enjoy making your own meal, by adding spices, and condiments. It was fun would go again.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample room

This location is RASICT. They took to long to serve our drinks being us plates, only brought out 2 plates for a family of 3. Never got a refill, other tables served before we was and we got there first. No season in soup if you do go order the chicken soup everything else was nasty. Horrible service and the blet with food runs really slow. Not good customer service . I don't no why these type of nationality come to our country with the attitudes they have. Will not recommended for black people. The portions are really small for the dollar amount. It's just horrible first and last time going. Black people stay away.

Conveyor belt hot pot with broth refills. The vegetables are very fresh and a la carte items are reasonably priced. Service was quite friendly. Great for hot pot but I'll skip the sushi next time. There are booths with 6 hotpot burners, making it perfect for small groups. It came out to about $25 pp, which is comparable to nearby hot pot options with the benefit of grabbing what you want piecemeal. The conveyor belt has a decent offering.There are a few details that could be improved. The biggest is that the sushi is moderately priced at $16 for a specialty roll but is sub-par. The roll is over-sauced and ingredients that are supposed to be crunchy were lacking the crunch. The men's restroom sign was missing the sign but both men's and women's rooms have awkward silhouette lights to label them. The sauces at the sauce station were not labeled so have fun with trial-and-error when making sauce. When the restaurant looks nice overall and has a few notable shortcomings, they are more apparent.There's a deal advertised online: free bowling at I Luv Bowling on Wednesday and Thursday with a receipt from I Luv Hotpot. What a great opportunity for a fun evening of dinner and bowling! Or so I thought.What they do not tell you on the website is that this deal DOESN'T APPLY ON THE SAME DAY. Shame on management for pulling the bait switch. Conditions should be posted online too. I’m a sucker for interactive dining. When I saw hot pot and Kura style conveyor service I couldn’t help myself. The food was excellent and the service was great. Reasonable prices in line with other hot pot places.
