Great Mom Pop quiet Cafe. Good food, good sized portions for the price. Delicious home made Malts like Mom used to make. Owners are very friendly and nice to talk to. We will stop again when we are in the area.

This is a small cozy place in Whiting where Children of the Corn was filmed. The food here tastes good and the service is absolutely amazing! Staff here are super friendly and accommodating. If you are driving through Whiting, be sure to stop and have a quick bite. Taverns, pulled pork sandwich, corn, chips, and more. They serve the soda from a can, which I didn't mind.

The staff here was amazing. Incredibly nice and welcoming. My buddy had a stick of Reese's peanut butter cookie dough and they used it to make a malt. Lol.

OMG yes I love this place considering my grandma owns it, so I'm a little biased but it's a really good food place a lot of it is cooked fresh and even the frozen stuff is great so definitely try it!
