I live in Sherman and drove quite a distance for a four-piece catfish dinner, but unfortunately, I ended up with a four-piece chicken dinner instead. It wasn't until I got back to Sherman that I realized the mix-up and had to turn around to go back. I'm giving this place five stars because of the wonderful staff. They were really kind! They acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and offered to make it right. However, I didn't have time to wait for the replacement, so they promptly offered me a refund. Despite the wrong order and the gas I burned getting there, I will definitely return. The staff were too sweet for me not to give it another chance. It might take me a while to get back, but I really want to try the catfish. Thanks for having such great staff!

This place offers much more than just food; it's a must-visit for anyone on the go! Parking is plentiful, so there's no need to worry about finding a spot. It's also kid-friendly—everything is great for families! Plus, it's easily accessible for those in wheelchairs, making entry and exit a breeze.

Well I don't know how long this chicken been under the food warmer but this is the driest chicken I have ever had.this eight piece is going in the trash.

Over the last few years, they have grossly gone downhill! Stopped in on Sunday, March 3, 2024 after church to get lunch. Their chicken fried chicken used to be off the hook, but everything was horrible! The coating came off as soon as I tried to cut it, chicken was too tough to cut with those little plastic knives, they gave me fried okra when I did not even order it, my granddaughter's chicken fried steak was also tough, so she went back and got some tater wedges that looked burnt. Staff was not really friendly, and talking to each other in Spanish, not English. The Frances family has lost it with this place!
