They already had all the food up and were unable to serve us even though they were not supposed to close until 12am which was 16 mins early. Went back a couple days later and the food was cold. They really needto get it together in Whiteville.
Love the food, staff could be more friendly, always get my order wrong and never put the taco sauce in bag you ask for.
No different than any other taco bell. Drive thru is really slow. food was just fine. Order was correct I guess maybe they had staffing problems.
This store doesn't have good customer service. It's a taco bell so I'm not expecting five star service but it's getting ridiculous. It was also very annoying this visit because of the amount of meat they put on my chalupa. I'm not even kidding whenI say it's a bite size amount of meat for the whole chalupa. If you get breakfast here expect the cheese to still be cold.There's also a worker (I think they maybe a manager) who drives a dark blue four door truck who almost hit us speeding very fastinto the parking lot and almost hit my sibling which is a child. I guess they were running late or something and since they haveno care for other people they didnt care. Trashy tbh. We reported it inside but I doubt they were even told.
I understand that restaurants are limited on who they hire. This employee asked me to pull to the front of the store to wait on my food, even though no one was inline behind me. So I go to the front of the store, no pick up parking. He then comes out in acondescending voice and says it's on the other side..
