Tokyo Sushi - Whitehorse

This restaurant offers a good variety of a la carte sushi options. They have a selection of Bento boxes as well as different types of sushi in maki and hand rolls.

The food was delicious! I ordered the salmon and tuna sashimi and it was fresh and fabulous. The woman who took my takeout order was incredibly friendly. While I was waiting for my order, my kids called to FaceTime and I stepped outside to take the call. The woman even brought my order outside and greeted my family. Overall, it was a very positive experience with high quality food.

This restaurant is great! The service is friendly, the food is delicious, and it arrived quickly. I ordered a bento box, gyoza appetizer, and an extra sushi roll on the side. The sushi was surprisingly fast. The prices were reasonable and I left feeling very satisfied. I was hesitant about trying sushi in Whitehorse, but it turned out to be a good recommendation.

After the owner showed up and dumped garbage on the hood of a Cadillac for no apparent reason I would never recommend this place because clearly they don’t follow sanitation laws and garbage disposal bylaws outside their establishment so what are they doing behind closed doors in their restaurant where there are no cameras?

I ordered the salmon teriyaki and green tea. Both tasted delicious but was kind of expensive for the portions however I did expect prices to be higher in the north. The decor is fairly unassuming and no frills. Seems family owned/run. Service was good, polite and quick.
