McDonald's - Whitecourt

So I eat here in town, once every 2-3 weeks sometimes longer if I don't think about it, but anyways, every single time, I kid you not they mess up my order, now most time I go in and just get it fixed no big deal, I understand I wouldn't like working there either, but today I had to write a review so I can feel personally justified I got back at them for messing it up again lol, petty I know but every single time they mess up my order, I would love for one day to get the write burger and drink, just one time. Plz Ronald

Bought a salad with grill chicken then they tell me be 7 minutes for grill chicken and wanted to know if I would like crispy instead then I get to work and I have no fork or salad dressing and guessing im suppose to just drink my fountain pop with out a straw as always.

If it isn't bad enough that I have to eat here when the kids are begging to and pay the ridiculous prices for such fake food...just once I'd like them to remember everything I ordered!! 95% of the time my order is missing more then one thing, often it's one family members whole meal! Now If I go through the drive thru ill hold up the entire line to check my order and its always missing something!! Get it together mcdonalds!!!

The people who work at this location are very nice, I go here for my morning coffee. It's always delicious and I don't have to wait 15 min like at Tim hortons. They just renovated the inside so it looks quite modern.

It is the same as any mcdonalds anywhere. You get what you pay for. The people that work there can be from great to useless. There is never much consistancy
