Boston Pizza - Whitecourt

Omg dear bp but seriously ordered the new Jalapeño dip and was denied the possibility to change the already hot cactus chips for a brot or even a fry option. that's what made the court. seriously onkel jim make this a...option... not everyone likes the ring of fire, but sometimes enjoys the heat! great bath paired with the wrong side kick!

We ordered lasagne to dinner, which we buy at boston pizzas several times. after I had eaten our meal, both my man and I felt sick at our likes and spent time in the washrooms. my man had a reaction to the lasagne and began to juckreiz and cratzer. we think we have a little food poisoning? the lasagne looked beautiful and as indicated above we order this meal at least once per month and had no problems. restaurant very loud, but most bp’s are. would eat here again if in the opposite perhaps choose another dish. the waitress was great!

This is a boston pizza I never go back. travel from edmonton and stopped for dinner. the wings and the service were great, but the pizza was terrible! I ordered a hawaiian and the crust tasted as if it were old and over. Baked and the pineapple looked dirty as if it had been picked up from the floor...not impressed! used the rest room and caught a look at the kitchen not very clean looking someone dirty boots and stuff that come exactly where server and out. the rest is not better. will not stop again.

Went to boston pizza for a date with my girlfriend ordered to share an appetizer (hot wing) and we both ordered a meal that the girl talked about us every time I tried to speak and then brought the appetizer out to the same time as. my friends never eat again came to see if our food was satisfactory until we waited out of drinks for an additional 40 minutes before they talk again to see if we pay the bill I asked when I asked them

Ordered from Whitecourt, AB Boston Pizza while travelling from Fort Nelson, BC to Barrie, Ont. We received our lasagna with absolutely NO SAUCE, just noodles. Was eventually contacted by the Restaurant Manager whom asked for my address to send a gift card and make this...right. Well, we received said gift card eventually go out to eat and use this gift card... The GIFT CARD had a $0.00 balance. I guess the Manager thinks this is all a HUGE Joke??? I highly suggest that if travelling through Whitecourt, Alberta stay away from this restaurant.
