They were rude, unhelpful and would do no substitutions. Really? Its fast food. The substitution I asked for cost them nothing extra, not even extra work, and was one I make at EVERY KFC I have eaten at in the last year. They didn't even offer any other ways to get what I wanted. Pathetic even for fast food.
What do you expect? They fried my chicken and met my gravy needs. They could call me names, yell at me, charge me double and I'd still eat here.
Friendly staff but that is where it endsCan't swap the salad for gravy in the 2,3 and 4 piece box meals.
I have been coming to this KFC for years and never saw the place changedliterally.__This KFC location is really quite old and outdated.
