We waited by the window for someone to help us, but the girl at the counter seemed to be ignoring us, so Robert knocked on the window. When he finally managed to speak to her, she told us they were out of chicken tenders and said we wouldn't be charged for them before abruptly closing the window. As they were turning off the lights, we were left confused about why the staff hadn’t informed us of this sooner. This all took place around 9 PM.
