The Skinny Pancake Quechee

Nice looking restaurant with tons of seating available. Ordering was easy and we liked the self serve coffee and water bar. The portions were large and our plates were brought to our table piping hot and fresh. Everything we had was delicious and our server was friendly too! We only wish they were open for dinner hours too.

My gf and I came in on Saturday during slow hours. They were very accommodating for her gluten and dairy free requests and everything was delicious. Definitely on the pricey side but it all tastes fresh. We had a blueberry crepe w/ dairy-free maple ice cream (oat and coconut), the pulled pork crepe, and a dairy-free maple milkshake. Her biggest recommendation is to make gluten-free strudel so she can have the apple pie crepe the next time she comes! :)Dietary restrictions: Great vegan and gluten free options.

This place is AMAZING! I brought my husband here so we could try something new and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I ordered the Heartbreaker crepe and it's phenomenal. Every time I've gotten a crepe somewhere else it's been soggy but skinny pancake makes them perfectly! My husband got the smash burger, poutine, and home fries all of which where delicious. Then to top it all off the maple shake (with real maple syrup! And the lemonade were so good we can't wait to go back!

Craig and his team work really hard to give a great experience. Craig in particular was tireless in ask that he was doing. He's an amazing GM! The beets and sweets are HIGHLY recommended! I'll definitely be back. Only issue I had was out of state people bringing their own food in and using the outdoor dining patio as a public picnic spot. Otherwise, the food and staff were great!

Great atmosphere, food described sounds delicious and is when it's cooked correctly. Unfortunately our crepes came out undercooked/cold the first time. One was not edible and needed to be completely remade. It came out hot the second time. Outdoor seating and booth seating available.Hash purples were delicious.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Plenty of meet lover options too. Great place to eat with company/family/friends with diverse dietary needs.
