Phnom Penh Sandwich Station

The food is consistently excellent, making it a fantastic place for lunch. For takeout, the meal was delightful. I’d rate the food a 5, with service also deserving a 5. The atmosphere is nice, rated at a 4. I highly recommend the Vietnamese Banh Mi, Lemongrass Beef, and Phnom Penh Sandwich.

Found this place on accident while exploring and I thought it was excellent. A small gem in a really hip town. A few friends and I wandered in right before they were about to close (which we didn’t realize) and they were gracious and made us some excellent food. The lemongrass beef skewers were killer. We were initially uncertain about going there, but we're so glad we decided to! The sandwich was simple yet delicious. The bread was toasted to perfection, and the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. We would definitely return if we're in the area again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This menu felt more Vietnamese than Cambodian, so I was disappointed when my pho and coffee didn’t taste like authentic Vietnamese food. I might return to try something else on a colder day since it was quite hot inside. Also, they charge a card processing fee that they didn’t mention. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30.

I'm giving this place four stars solely for the food. I’ve tried the summer rolls, chicken satay, and a Bahn Mi, and all of them were excellent. I dined in for my first lunch, and the service was quick. However, when I ordered the Bahn Mi to-go on another occasion, it seemed like the standard waiting time was around 20 minutes, as that was what I heard for both phone and in-person orders. In contrast, my dine-in experience was much faster. The atmosphere is quite basic, and if you're eating in, tables are definitely more comfortable than the bar, which is too high for easy dining. Additionally, the man at the front of house isn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Nonetheless, the delicious food makes it all worthwhile.
