Planet Pizza - White Plains

I have ordered from this restaurant twice because I believe in giving second chances. The first time, I waited nearly an hour for my food only to receive it cold. There was no notification that it had been delivered. The second time was yesterday, when I placed an order and less than 45 minutes later they decided to cancel it. It was a waste of time, even on the Planet Pizza app.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. It is my go-to pizza spot and they always exceed my expectations. Whether I'm hosting a gathering and order a variety of dishes from their menu, grabbing a quick slice when other meal plans fall through, enjoying a speedy lunch, or sitting down for a leisurely meal, they have something for everyone and it all tastes delicious!

I use order from them years . I totally about best pizza . I am tired of nasty pizza in white plains.

Had the family meal plan which consists of a large pie, 12 wings and a 2 liter soda. The pie was ok, the wings were a little under cooked. Overall 4 stars for the price, $30. Can't beat that!

I use to come here multiple times. Today 10/17/2023 I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. I am eating my pizza look down only to see an INSECT crawling in my pizza box. I was instantly disgusted and freaked out. I immediately took it back and told them there is something crawling in there. The workers there had no care , no sympathy, nor did they even care a BUG WAS CRAWLING IN OUR FOOD rather looked at us with blank stares. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received today and WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. If I get sick tomorrow, or the days that follow I will have a lawyer!
