I went there at 10:40am to get 6 Boston cream donuts for my wife to take in for her Co workers... I was surprised they actually had four! 99% of the time they say they are out! This is one of the most popular donuts, wouldnt you think you would stock more to make it through at least half the day???? It's not even 11am and they only have 4 Boston cream and that was very lucky. I asked for the other 2 to be vanilla cream, they told me they were out. I asked for chocolate cream, they said that they were out of those too and don't know when they will be getting more. I asked for powdered jelly donuts and they didn't have those either, finally I got 2 jelly with sugar on the outside. This is a donut place how the he'll are they always out of every donut I want???? If I go 7 more minutes down the road to the other location they ALWAYS have what I want at almost any time of day. That owner/manager knows what they are doing. The white lake location is terrible. I asked today if they have the same owner and was told they do not. Now that I know, I will no longer give my business to the white lake location, I will drive a little extra to the other location from now on.

We placed our order, and it took over 20 minutes to get through. The icy we received was so watered down that it was nearly transparent. When we mentioned it to the staff, they seemed embarrassed and replied as if they didn't know how to address our concern. If customers are paying a premium for an icy in a large cup filled with ice, it should have more flavor and not be so diluted. It's not acceptable to serve something that tastes like just water.
I stopped by for some coffee and donuts last Sunday around 3 PM. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told they were out of donuts, and then they ran out of coffee as well. They managed to make my wife a cup, but I had to wait while they brewed more for me. Once we were on the road, my wife said her coffee tasted like water, while mine was too strong. To make matters worse, when I took the lid off my cup, I found two chunks of something floating in it. I ended up having to deal with both cups, and honestly, I'm disappointed. Dunkin' has really fallen short in terms of quality and product availability.
