Mondo Cafe - Whitby

Wow Just riding north of Lake Ontario and found this fabulous local restaurant.

At the corner of Brock and Victoria.__Outside looks like your average all day breakfast place.

First time here and I'll be returning! I had the shrimp

Came here for lunch with coworkers. The patio is nice, the place inside is decent enough. The food is good, but average, nothing super special by any means. I hear it's a zoo on the weekend and a lot of partying happens.

I have reviewed here before but never for using the patio on a nice summer day. We stopped in and had a snack and a couple pints, but wanted to sit outside due to the wonderful weather. I must say it is a nice choice due to the angle the patio gets for the sun, and being able to people watch. Pints were nice and cold, and our lunch choices were very good also.
