Firehouse Subs - Whitby

Previously, Firehouse Subs at this location had a fantastic array of hot sauces that you could fill mini-dip cups with. However, when I visited the store today to order two subs, I was disappointed to discover that all the hot sauces were missing. I was informed that they had been removed during Covid, which I can comprehend. However, we are no longer under Covid restrictions, so it is time to bring them back. This absence of sauces is disheartening as it was the selection of sauces to dip my sub in that enticed me to visit more frequently than the average person. Without the return of these sauces, particularly the blueberry hot sauce that initially drew me to the establishment, I do not foresee visiting as often. Just like how the gar-par sauce at Wild Wing is a draw for me. The meal simply is not the same without my delectable hot sauce dips, and regrettably, this may result in less revenue for the store, as eliminating this feature is what initially attracted me. Despite this, the food is still excellent, the store is consistently clean, and the employees are always friendly.

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant. It would be helpful if there was an option to leave notes on an Uber Eats order. I usually have to call the restaurant after placing my order to request only half the portion of deli meat.

Absolutely revolting, low-quality food (at a premium price). I have no problem paying a premium when food is quality, but this is ridiculously low-rent beef. The careless kids working at Oshawa Firehouse Subs should be ashamed; they will never see our business again. They've lost our confidence.I simply cannot imagine putting THIS much fat on a $24 sandwich and serving it to someone with a clear conscience. You have been warned. Check your Firehouse Subs food before you bite into it.

The sandwich I had was really moist and unappetizing. It was so bad that I almost vomited. The sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, extra cheese, even more cheese, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and about 16 different sauces. The only positive thing about this whole ordeal was that the sandwich was only $12.32.
