Jack's Of Whalley

If you enjoy gin, this is the place to be! Even if you're a fan of beer or wine, you'll find something to love here. They also serve delicious cakes, especially their torte, which is really good! Overall, if you appreciate good food and drinks, you should definitely give it a try!

I went for a late lunch with my husband and our 12-year-old son. The staff informed us that only a limited selection of cakes was available. My son opted for a venison and bacon pie, while I had the pea, paneer, chili, and mango pie. Both dishes were served with a generous portion of mushy red cabbage and gravy. We cleaned our plates, and my son absolutely loved his meal and even asked to come back! I enjoyed a delicious spicy gin with tonic. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and skilled. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to Whalley, and when we move back to the area, we will definitely visit again.

I called yesterday afternoon to make a reservation for Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting we received. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and their recommendations were fantastic! Considering that the owners and staff are quite young, the customer service was outstanding and far surpassed that of other nearby places we visited on the same day. We will definitely explore more of their gin offerings, and I’ve already recommended Jack’s to my friends. Wishing them great success in the future!

Great little bar. always a large selection of beer, nice bar staff and the best music of all time (it gave yesterday a small swallow when crowded house was played, but we were back soon to the usual high standard).

Been to Jacks of Whalley tonight, absolute fabulous reception staff cannot do enough for you and food to die for. Will deffo be back. Go take a look for yourself and I am sure you will agree.
