We just walked in and were being ushered to our seat when another older woman barked at the waitress that they aren’t taking walk ins. Literally as she walked passed us. How about having great customer service and quickly stopping and personally saying, sorry today we’re not taking walk in considering she was as close to us as the waitress. RUDE Service: 1
