Donna Marina - Wexford

Delicious, relaxed and attentive! Really warm welcome when we arrived not having booked. Our food was fresh, so tasty and more-ish. As I said to the lady owner, they need to sell their whipped olive oil butter in mainstream shops so I can have it on a daily basis! The crab gnocchi is full of of flavour, beautifully delicate but warm and comforting. Really enjoyed our evening and will definitely return! I forgot to take pics only to show how much I enjoyed my meal....if I were at home the plate would have been licked haha

We really enjoyed our meal at Donna Marina. It has a wonderful family feel, run by Italians who really know and love the food they produce. The menu is very interesting with a few well known Italian favourites but mostly dishes that you wouldn't find in your generic high street restaurant. It feels authentic and done with love. There is a really good choice of meat, fish/seafood, vegetarian and vegan options and everything we ate was delicious. The service was also excellent very welcoming, efficient and attentive but in a no pressure way that makes you feel you can really relax and enjoy your meal. We will definitely be back next time we're in Wexford.

A cut above your regular Italian restaurant, menus is well put together and the wine list showcases the full spectre of Italian terroir. Carbonara was superbly authentic, emphasising the quality of good cheese, eggs and guanciale The roast monkfish was cooked right to the point in a well crafted dish The service was very well informed, attentive and happy to chat through the menu and the dishes

I highly recommend this excellent authentic Italian restaurant. It was my first visit to Wexford and I was thrilled to find such a great place. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food and service were excellent quality.

Hidden gem in Wexford town. Fabulous food, superb service, cosy atmosphere. We both had fish dishes which were ample and very tasty. The Tiramisu desert was delicious. The wine list is extensive and well priced. The front of house team were friendly, efficient and very welcoming
