Chick-fil-a - Westworth Village

I encountered an issue at the restaurant and Sofie, was very professional and assisted in finding a solution.

I was asked to "pull up" because the grilled nuggets were not ready. I always associated "pulling up" with McDonald's! I waited 5 minutes for my nuggets. Also, my fries were cold.

This is one of the top Chick-fil-A locations in the area! I was pleasantly surprised when they called me on my birthday to offer a free meal, something I had never experienced before. The staff here are always friendly and I consistently have a great experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future!

Fast and get the spicy chicken sandwich!! Soooo good!
