Great service I get a cake and travel to grassland and they always put it in a box with ice for me!

I thoroughly enjoy the food at this restaurant, although it can be a bit slow at times due to how busy they are. While I would rate them 5 stars, I consistently receive larger portions of food at other Dairy Queen locations.

Have seen what they have done to their employees first hand by mentally verbally and emotionally abusing them to the point they left a job they had before the store even opened. Loyal employees are now leaving because of this abuse and someone needs to show exactly what they are doing. STOP THE ABUSE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!

The Cochrane High Boys Volleyball team traveled to Westlock for the Provincial Championship and decided to hire Dairy Queen as their catering service for lunches and dinners. Dairy Queen provided delicious, on-time meals that were clearly labeled for easy distribution, complete with all necessary fixings and cutlery. The team appreciated the accommodating and flexible service, which allowed them to focus on the tournament rather than worrying about where to eat. They are slow, rude and lack of leadership within the management team makes for a poorly operational team. Let alone the gossip between management about other staff and customers is totally uncalled for.
