Boston Pizza - Westlock

The service was terrible. Staff we had were rude and patronizing. Forgot things that we ordered. Took an hour and a HALF to cook our food. others that were there later got served first. one of the servers elbowed me very hard and did not say anything. Everyone else in the restaurant recieved good service, so I’m unsure if my family and I were targeted for our race. Not coming back !

I waited for a while since the restaurant wasn't too busy, with only around 10 to 15 people inside. The patio was quite full. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes for my pizza to arrive and it was served cold.

Place is friggin joke, my wife had her stupid vaccine passport but no ID and they wouldn’t serve us. I had my passport and my ID so no problems there. Will never eat there again! Pathetic!

The waitress and manager were friendly but unfortunately, they could not make up for the poor experience. The one star rating is solely due to the chef who seemed indifferent and served up mediocre, microwave-quality French cuisine.

The young lady who was our waitress great and eating was great
