Tim Hortons - Westlock

This restaurant serves the worst coffee I have ever tasted; it tastes like warm water. I requested a second cup, but it was still the same watered-down coffee. I will stick with McDonald's coffee.

I have traveled from one coast to the other and I can confidently say that this is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. The service is extremely slow, even when they have no competition or are serving customers in the drive-thru. It seems like it takes forever for them to take orders, prepare food, and hand it out to customers.

Bagel and egg were extremely cold, not even near fresh, which is the point of advertising freshly cooked eggs, if it is not true, hath brown also cold. Bagel had to have been boiled for at least 20 minutes before I ordered it. the first time... eat in two years there will take at least 2 years before I try again. I'm gonna stick with mcdonalds instead.

I love tim hortons. the service at westlock tim hortons makes me but never want to eat there again. I go there almost every day and they messed up my order without repairing it when I asked. even if they arrive at the window, they do not ask for their score card, and they push the food in their face hurls them. the manager himself has done this to me many times. absolutely rude, careless and waste of money at this place. better management

Ordered the chicken white and wild rice horrible .I cant believe they served that slop.The wrap was cold and tasteless . Paid for a doughnut but didnt get it . the order was half done. had to wait for the other . when I went...to the counter to ask for the doughnut , the manger was very unpleasant and told me I didnt pay for it. I didnt have my receipt but the young man that took my order told the manager I had paid for it but was told I had to pay for it .I told him no way The staff are so disorganized it seems like they had no idea what to do.Will never go back.
