Starbucks - Westlake Village

I visit this Starbucks every day for my tea, and the staff really know me well. I often come in from next door (the yogurt shop), and as soon as I arrive, they know exactly what I want. Angel even had my refill ready for me when I returned! A big thank you for making my day! I also enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich—it was excellent! The cheese, fruit, and crackers were great as well! I had the turkey with cheese warmed up, but I might try it cold next time. All the employees here are fantastic! They are quick and efficient. Thank you to this Starbucks!

This is a lovely cafe with friendly staff. I typically stick to the same coffee for about a week before exploring other options. The quality of the drink can vary—it often depends on who is preparing it.

Not all Starbucks are the same. As a regular customer, I can confidently say that the location at Westlake and Thousand Oaks Blvd is one of the best-managed coffee shops in the area. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is well-trained and eager to assist you.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location, and despite the new pandemic regulations, the staff really made an effort to keep customers happy and welcome. I'm looking forward to the day when things return to normal, so I can enjoy a delicious coffee with my friends and family around a table and have a great time together. Thank you again!

I had an excellent experience with their customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly and full of positive energy—it really makes a difference! They always prepare my drink just the way I like it. Honestly, I couldn’t tell if I was at Starbucks or Chick-fil-A because of how nice everyone was, haha. Much love for this Starbucks! <3
