Pitfire Artisan Pizza

I love Pitfire Pizza. I go there for lunch all the time, I have ordered catering, and I have business meetings there. Last night we had a big group of young professionals with the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders group it was great! The staff was so helpful. I am a tad bit obsessed with the Burrata pie the Tuscan Bean Soup. Thank you Pitfire!

I really enjoy the layout of this restaurant! You order the pizza at the front, eat it at your leisure, and leave whenever you’re ready. It’s very convenient. The location is great, and the pizza is consistently delicious. The staff has always been friendly to me.

After watching several artisan pizza features on the Food Network, I went in search of this restaurant. The takeout service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pizza was quite tasty, crafted with very fresh ingredients. However, I have to say that it wasn't particularly memorable, nor do I see myself craving it in the future. The portion sizes were reasonable for the price, but I typically get two meals out of a personal pizza, and this one only stretched to one. The interior of the restaurant is open and inviting, so I might give it another go as a dine-in experience.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The pizza was delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for both adults and kids. They also have a nice selection of beers and wines. We've lived in the area for 10 years and had no idea this place existed until my daughter and son-in-law introduced us to it. We're so glad we finally discovered it!

The secret to a fantastic pizza lies in the crust. At Pitfire, their use of a genuine wood-fired pizza oven creates the ideal combination of a crisp outer layer and a chewy inner layer, perfectly complementing the gourmet toppings available. You can't go wrong with any of the pizzas listed on the menu, and if you prefer, you can create your own custom pie. I'm also a big fan of their seasonal lemonades!
