First up Crostone, basically an elevated bruschetta. 4 elegant pieces of delectable bread, tomatoes, basil and cheese. Definitely a winner with a glass of wine while you peruse the menu. The Arancini is also delicious. The star of the pasta dishes was the cacio de Pepe tagliatelle...such a simple dish but orchestrated with perfection. Fresh pasta and butter pepper sauce, but not like noodles from the kids menu. The cavatelli with bolognese ragu was also yummy, and I felt the portion was decent. I'm a pretty light eater, but I brought home half. We also shared the pear pomegranate salad which had beautiful greens, and was quite tasty and fresh. 3rd pasta was lasagna, which I did not taste, but looked yummy, and I suspect was similar to cavtelli with same bolognese(? . The service was good, and I felt the prices were also good. The wines by the glass were about $18, but they were full pours. They have abundant seating outside with heat lamps, but the evening was too cold and windy, so we sat inside where there are not a plethora of tables. And it's pretty loud inside, but perhaps a Saturday nite is the most popular. I would return here.
Delicious delicious delicious. Loved everything that we ate here. Restaurant is packed so getting seated inside should never feel easy.
Visited Made in Italy on a Wednesday night and it was not too busy. Service: not the best but also not the worst. The host seated us quickly (lack of greeting) and the waiter took around 10 minutes to visit our table. It was pretty busy inside so we let that slide. Once it died down, our waiter checked in on us a couple of times. Setting: the restaurant is pretty open and has a casual concept feel. I really enjoyed the open kitchen and being able to see the wood fire pizza oven. It did get loud at times, but nothing too bad Food: we ordered margarita pizza, lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. The pizza was really good, crust was thin and overall tasted so great. They nailed this. The lasagna was okay, it felt like there was too much meat, but it could be because the pasta was overcooked. The eggplant parmigiana was also good, cheese crispy and definitely would order this again. Overall a great restaurant to try in the area and recommend the pizza the most!
I got here early to order take out. This place gets busy as soon as they open. So i knew to be the first in line. Ordered my take out. Quinoa salad, pizza and the chicken panini . Took 10 minutes and i was on my way. Everyone was super pleased with their food. My salad was so good! Everyone there was so nice , even offered my water as i waited .
Had a great dinner here! Went Saturday evening and waited about 20 mins. Becca was our server and she was incredibly helpful and had the best attitude. I was able to find a lot of options catered to my dietary restrictions no onion, no garlic, no egg, and vegetarian. We had the crostone to start and the bread was super fluffy and the cherry tomatoes were very flavorful. They did Brussel sprouts with lemon juice and olive oil for me (wish it had more avocado but was a good balance with the other carbs we were eating . I did the Cacio e pepe with penne (the eggless pasta, other pastas have egg . They offered to make a cherry tomato sauce for me for pasta which was so kind (but we stuck to Cacio e pepe! . The Margherita pizza was safe as well no egg in the dough and no onion garlic in the sauce. I liked the balance of sauce vs cheese and the crust was good. We ended with the dessert calzone since the dough was eggless (had to skip the cream it comes with as that has egg! . Found lots of options and will definitely be back!
