Harvest At Hyatt Regency Westlake

Well I have to say I read few the comments online wasn't sure if I wanted to go although IVAN our server was amazing guy great service gave us 5 star service I will take my family there again BUT a I say to the hotel ownership need to upgrade the setting it's from 90s I know because I'm in hospitality Bussiness I wish them good luck I say try it before you judge it

We had a party of six and expected a holiday menu, but received a lunch menu. Further more, the server was less than pleased to be serving us for some odd reason. We asked repeatedly to bring water, but she either forgot or didn't want to!! Overall, we made it a nice lunch get together, but our experiences were adversely influnced by our server!

I asked for a quiet area and we got our own separate area! No one around us. Ivan (our waiter) made sure that we were taken care of. He handled everything from making the drinks to taking our order. The only thing I can say is I wish there was more selection on the menu, but overall we had a great time!!!

Our breakfast was delicious and the highlight was the service. Attentive, caring and top notch, even though the restaurant was crowded and the employees were having to handle a lot. Delightful dining experience.

Food was mediocre and selections was not what I would expect for a Hyatt restaurant buffet . At least Price was good and reflected the lower quality buffet. The omelet made on request was not bad.
