Bj's Brewhouse Westlake Village

My son's girlfriend ordered a steak, but it came out well-done instead of the medium-rare she requested. I ordered a California club sandwich, but the chicken was so thick that I couldn't even eat it. It was my son's birthday dinner, and we were really disappointed with the food. We visit this restaurant quite often, so it was upsetting to have such an experience.

The booths felt a bit tight, but the service was outstanding.

The service was excellent, and the patio was ideal for our large group.

Slow service. Very clear not enough staff fit a busy Friday night. Only saw 4 waitstaff (including trainee) for the entire restaurant. They were a very much overwhelmed.
