Donatos Pizza - Westerville

I decided to stop ordering from this restaurant due to the terrible service I received. When I called to voice my concerns, I spoke with the manager, Andrew, who was not apologetic at all. He claimed that their delivery drivers always knock on doors, but I explained that my food had been left outside for a significant amount of time without any notification. I was disappointed with the cold food and Andrew's lack of customer service skills. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I could only eat the crust of the pizza as the middle was not cooked properly. I should have requested it well-done, but I was worried it might be burnt like it had been before. I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but the quality has declined recently.

Although they said we would be credited for the delay, I have my doubts that it will actually happen this time, given our past experiences.

I went to the drive to pick up my preordered pizza. after the payment I was asked to wait on the parking lot, as the pizza was not ready. After a long waiting period I returned and was told that it would be five minutes more. after another long waiting period I returned and was told that it had not even been made. I left. the worst pizza-palor experience in my life.
